Exhibitor forms and payments must be received by May 16th, 2025, to be guaranteed fulfillment of any benefits outlined in this package.
Momentum Ministry Partners staff will make every effort to fulfill benefits after that date but are not responsible for exhibitors being excluded from benefits due to strict production deadlines. Send forms to: amancari@buildmomentum.org
Exhibitors must provide production-ready art and video to Momentum Ministry Partners by any deadlines set by Momentum Ministry Partners staff for fulfillment of any exhibitor benefits.
Momentum Ministry Partners will not provide design or production work for these elements.
Exhibitors must have all promotional giveaways associated with their benefits, including but not limited to items included in their exhibit and items given away at staff/youth leader breakfast meeting (approx. 400) approved before arrival.
Exhibitors must arrange delivery of these items to the appropriate place on the Indiana Wesleyan University campus at the appropriate time.
Due to campus policies, Exhibitors may not giveaway food or drink items at their booths, including but not limited to bottled waters and packaged or prepared food items.
Individually wrapped mints or small bite sized candies are acceptable.
All Exhibitor booths must be fully set up in the Student Center by Tuesday July 15th, 2025 at 4:00p.m.
Any booths not set up at that time may be removed or relocated at the discretion of the Momentum Ministry Partners staff.
All exhibits and materials MUST fit within the booth size included in their exhibitor package.
Each Exhibitor booth will receive UP TO TWO PASSES for the 2025 Momentum Youth Conference main sessions! Additional main session passes requests must be submitted per person attending an approved by May 16th, 2025. Exhibitors must sit upstairs in the balcony our Guest Seating Section.
Exhibitor booths must remain up until Saturday at 7:00p.m. All exhibitor booths must be completely torn down with ALL materials and trash removed from the building by Sunday, July 20th, 2025 at 10:00a.m.
Momentum Ministry Partners reserves the right to exclude any visual material submitted by Exhibitors (including but not limited to logos, advertisements, and videos) due to quality, size parameters, moral content, or any reason based solely on the discretion of the Momentum Ministry Partners staff.
Momentum Ministry Partners staff reserves the right to remove any Exhibitor booths, included materials, or Exhibitor personnel for any reason at any time.
Under no circumstances may any Exhibitor enter any student’s or campus housing.
Exhibitors must abide by the Youth Worker/Adult Guidelines for Protection document (found on the Forms & Policies page of the Momentum Ministry Partners website) while on campus.
All these conditions must be agreed to in full unless specific exceptions are arranged in advance with Momentum Ministry Partners staff.
No refunds for Exhibitor payments will be available for any reason. Any questions regarding being an Exhibitor at Momentum Youth Conference should be directed to Momentum Ministry Partners staff at amancari@buildmomentum.org
