Momentum Youth Conference is hosted on the beautiful Indiana Wesleyan University campus in Marion, IN. The campus’ large Student Center hosts the Momentum Office, Momentum Store, cafeteria where students have their meals, coffee shop, movie theater, game room, and indoor social areas. The student center becomes the hub for students throughout the week of Momentum Youth Conference. Exhibitor tables are located along the primary hallway running the length of the Student Center. This is the main thoroughfare for students, including where they line up for meals, thereby offering the highest level of exposure for exhibitors.
Exhibitors are welcome to occupy their booth anytime throughout each day, however, it is recommended that exhibitors prioritize meal times and throughout the afternoons for the best opportunities to interact with students.
Exhibitors who sponsor a Donut Drop can set up a temporary exhibit (one table provided) in the Quad on their assigned morning from 8:25a.m. to 9:25a.m. to hand out donuts (800 donuts provided with each opportunity). Every morningstudents can choose to gather in the quad for prayer from 7:30a.m. to 8:30a.m., so this allows Donut Drop exhibitors to interact with those students after the prayer time, as well as many others who are coming and going for morning activities. Each Donut Drop exhibitor will be featured in the event booklet and announced from the stage during the previous evening’s main session. Only four opportunities are available as each Donut Drop exhibitor will have exclusive exhibitor rights to the quad on their assigned morning.
Exhibitors may set up their table quietly at 8:15a.m. but may not distribute donuts or other materials until prayer is finished, so as not to distract from that holy exercise. Donuts will be picked up from the dining hall by the exhibitor by 8:20a.m. All other promotional materials must be provided by the exhibitor (no food or drink outside of the provided donuts per campus policy). Exhibitors must end handouts at 9:25a.m. to give students time to move to their first session.
Momentum Youth Conference has a conference booklet which serves as a resource to all attendees, volunteers, staff, and all those associated with the conference. Advertisements purchased or included in exhibitor packets will be featured among the schedule, speaker descriptions, and other important information. This booklet is distributed to over 2000 conference attendees in a virtual and printed format.
All artwork is due by May 16th.

Exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor interactive events in two-hour blocks at different high-traffic locations on campus to give your organization visibility and the opportunity to interact with a large segment of the students and their youth leaders. Exhibitors can suggest interactive events for these spaces for approval. The exhibitor is then responsible for providing all equipment, manning the event, and will have exclusive exhibitor rights to the space. The exhibitor will be recognized as sponsoring the event in our conference booklet.
