The application process requires you to first review all of the information provided on this site, agree to the terms and conditions and select your preferred exhibitor level.   After your applicaiton is submitted, the MYC staff team will review your application and get back to you with our decision (about two weeks).

If accepted, you will receive an email with an additional form to complete where you can include any add ons you might need such as meal passes or additional session passes.  

After this form is completed you will receive an invoice through your email.  These invoices can be paid by check or online.

• Momentum Youth Conference

The leaders meeting is a meeting that occurs two times during conference.  This meeting is for youth leaders and lead contacts.  The purpose of the meeting is to go over conference information, update leaders and provide any other information.  There is also a short devotional during this time.  During the meeting youth leaders and lead contacts eat breakfast. 

Exhibitors who have the option to provide giveaway items during this meeting are assigned on of the two meetings. Exhibitors place promotional items or giveaways on the tables for around 400-450 attendees.   You do not need to stay for this meeting, but are welcome to do so to interact with individuals before or after the meeting.

Giveaway examples include:

• chapstick

• candy

• t-shirts

• magnets

• bracelets

• waterbottles

• notebooks

• post cards 

We encourage exhibitors to avoid only giving paper items because they do tend to be thrown away a lot more often.
