Donut Drop-Price TBD at a later date

The donut drop is a favorite for Momentum Youth Conference attendees!  This activity provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to interact with students in the quad in the morning.  The quad is a central hub for everything happening at Momentum.  Attendees pass through constantly to get to various places on campus.  Every morning MYC hosts a wake up call/ prayer time from 7:30- 8:30 am.  Around 200 students have been seen at this wake up call each morning!  This is a great opportunity to catch students after their wake up call, or even those headed to breakfast! 

The Details:

• Host a Donut Drop in the quad on one (or more) morning(s) of Momentum Youth Conference.  

• This event would take place on any morning (Wednesday- Saturday) between 8:30 am- 9:30 am

• Advertisement for your event in the app and during pre-session

• Table and donuts are included in the price

• Price is variable based on the price of 1 dozen donuts (roughly $7.50 per dozen, but subject to change)

• Donuts are picked up in the Student Center/ Cafeteria at 8:00 am on the morning of the Donut Drop

• Exhibitors can determine the amount of Donuts they wish to provide

• Exhibitors may display their exhibitor information at the donut drop and hand out promotional material to those visiting the drop

Host Karaoke or Just Dance- Price TBD at a later date

Karaoke is a massive evening activity hit at Momentum Youth Conference.  In the past we have hosted one Karaoke event that is always packed.  Last year, the event morphed into a "Just Dance" activity where Youtube "Just Dance" videos were played on the big screen while atendees danced!  Songs & videos must be approved by the MYC staff before the event.

The Details:

• 5:45-7:45 pm in the Globe Theater (one or more nights Tuesday- Saturday)

• Advertisement for your event in the app and during pre-session

• Exhibitors may display their exhibitor information and hand out promotional materials to those attending

• Exhibitors may provide snacks/ prizes

Other Interactive Events -$200 per 2 hour time slot

Exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to come up with their own ideas for hosting events in either the student center, the quad or the athletic center.  These events and their location must be approved by MYC staff.  

The Details

• Exhibitors can choose an event or activity to host from 2:00-5:00 pm

• Ideas include:

  • bounce house

  • tournament

  • event such as shoe box packing

• Exhibitors must communicate all details to MYC staff prior to event

• Exhibitors are responsible for all costs and planning associated with this event

• Event will be advertised in the app and during pre-session
