Stages of Maturity

• BPMN is a standard notation for depicting business processes. It is used by businesses to model, visualize, and automate their processes. In the case of Apple, BPMN can be used to model the company's product development, manufacturing, and distribution processes.

• Enterprise Maturity is a scale that measures how well a company is able to execute its strategy. It identifies the organization's level of maturity, while implementing a new corporate vision and maintains its current processes and procedures.

• Apple Inc. stands in the 3rd stage i.e., Optimized Core Architecture. The standardized use of technology and frequently increasing centralization led to improvements and replaced the local view with an enterprise view.

• Specialized enterprise architecture tools also improve data integrity and quality, support complicated modeling and enterprise-wide collaboration. Apple manages product development with XCode, a toolset used to edit and debug source code, design user interface elements, assess and optimize application performance and do a lot more

• Apple has used cutting-edge features and capabilities for its products and services such as Mac, iMac series, iPad, iPod series and Apple watch. Apple follows a process for product development that can only be described as logical and systematic in accordance with its business strategy.
