What is Enterprise Architecture:

• EA adds value by offering business and IT leaders recommendations and these recommendations can be used to modify projects and policies in order to achieve specific business outcomes that take advantage of pertinent business disruptions.

• EA is a strategic tool for organizations to improve their performance, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Analysis, design, planning, and execution make up the elements of EA. In order to achieve the required business objectives, the company follows the principles of the architectural framework as it navigates business, information, process, and technology initiatives.
