House
Creating this house to me was simple because I focused on creating the house shape using easy extrusions and bevels and insets for the widows and door.
First I added a plane, extruded it up and scaled it a little more and added a black texture on it for the base. Then I went on and added a cube and extruded it as the base of the house and scaled it up to give it the house look. For the roof I used another plane to create the grey roof but to do it easier you just click the face of the red roof wall, click E to extrude and then S to scale. Apply the scale and then you can scale it outwards to make it thicker.
Windows were made from a plane rotated to 90 degrees, Extruded on Y axes then selected to front face and inset and extrude to get to that model there.
Sword
The way I made this sword was hard using 3ds max for the first time. I only used some basic cubes starting with the base, used a cylinder for the handle and just selected the middle faces and scaled them in. for the blade I only added a plane, scaled it up, connected the top to make that blade like look. did a little retopologizing for it and then added them colours to make the difference from each object.

Final Design
the way I did this was only by adding some cylinders, some circles and planes.
Making the circle, I added a circle, I extruded it on Y axes, and then I added a loop cut on the left then extrude it along normals. Added some cylinders and smoothened them for the pipes that connect the circles to the rest of the ship.
Copy pasted the circle and moved it back but not after adding some bevels on the sides.
Added a plane for the base of the ship and added a loop cut in the middle and scaled it outwards and moved it backwards on Y axes. Than added a subdivision modifier. Added another plane, exact same process as the other on but scaled it up a little and added different types of windows.
