Have you ever met a junk bug? This tiny creature, only a few millimeters long, carries bits of debris on its back — including white cotton-like threads. At first glance, it looks adorable, until you realize what it’s actually carrying: the remains of its prey, worn like trophies or armor. It’s nature’s own little collector, part scavenger and part camouflage expert. When I first saw it, I thought it was just a bit of fluff or plant debris stuck to a leaf. But as I looked closer, I noticed tiny legs and eyes — and realized it was alive.
