A “CNC plasma” system is a machine that carries a plasma torch, and can move that torch in a path directed by a computer. The term “CNC” refers to “Computer Numerical Control”, which means that a computer is used to direct the machines motion based on numerical codes in a program.

For this project, I made a Spider-Man logo. I had to design my product in AutoCAD and then use Fusion 360 for creating the toolpaths. I then used the program FireControl to use the file and make the plasma cutter cut out the toolpaths.
