Sailing Center Chesapeake

Sailing Center Chesapeake, SCC, is the operating arm of the Southern Maryland Sailing Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. SCC provides youth sailing opportunities including High School Sailing teams in the Fall & Spring for Leonardtown, Great Mills, and Chopticon High Schools. During the summer, SCC runs youth camps for ages 8-16 to learn how to sail or sharpen their skills. Additionally, SCC partners with the Spirit of America program to offer Boater Safety courses to middle school aged children.
