submitting Materials
Guidelines for submitting materials.
Current members of the MW SIG will be given priority listing of their materials on the Showcase. Other JALT members or invited authors from MW SIG officers may also apply.
Materials must be published with a certified ISBN.
No direct sales of materials are allowed on the Showcase.
Materials must be currently in print.
All authors must obtain permission from their publishers to list their materials on the Showcase.
All materials are subject to vetting by the officers of the MW SIG.
Any materials may be removed if they are deemed inappropriate by a majority of the MW SIG officers or if they violate any JALT rules.
Authors may have up to 4 textbooks listed on the Showcase homepage.
Only authors or co-authors may submit materials to the Showcase; agents of publishers or distributors are not permitted to submit materials on behalf of authors.

The recommended 3D image style is highlighted in yellow (2nd row, far right). Follow the instructions. Choose PNG format to download and send it to us. Make sure the formatted 3D image file has the same title as the textbook.
*The site may be a little slow. You may need to hit the BROWSE / UPLOAD twice for it to work. If there are any issues, just send a usual JPEG or PNG file to us and we will format it to a 3D image.
