MW Salvus Transport – User Agreement

Effective Date: March 7,2025

This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of MW Salvus Transport's services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting with MW Salvus Transport for services, you confirm that you:

✅ Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

✅ Are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative registering a child for transportation services.

✅ Agree to comply with our policies, including safety regulations, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

2. Services Provided

MW Salvus Transport offers licensed 7D school transportation services, including:

All services are subject to availability and compliance with local regulations.

3. Registration & Account Responsibility

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering a child.

Any changes to contact details, pick-up/drop-off locations, or emergency contacts must be reported immediately.

MW Salvus Transport reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if false or misleading information is provided.

4. Safety & Conduct

Children must follow all safety rules and remain seated with seatbelts fastened at all times.

No disruptive behavior is allowed; repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of service.

Parents must ensure that a responsible adult is available at drop-off locations to receive the child.

MW Salvus Transport is not responsible for children left unattended after drop-off.

5. Payment & Fees

Payment must be made in advance, based on the selected service plan.

Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where MW Salvus Transport cancels services.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Refunds will only be issued if MW Salvus Transport is unable to provide scheduled services.

No refunds are provided for missed rides due to parental scheduling conflicts or child absence.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

MW Salvus Transport will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely and safe transport but is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

While safety is our top priority, MW Salvus Transport is not liable for incidents beyond our control, including accidents caused by third parties.

Parents/guardians agree to hold MW Salvus Transport harmless from claims, damages, or losses resulting from service use.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only necessary information to provide transportation services.

Personal data is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

MW Salvus Transport does not sell or share personal information with third parties except when required by law.

9. Modifications to Agreement

MW Salvus Transport reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
