2. Services Provided
MW Salvus Transport offers licensed 7D school transportation services, including:
School pick-up and drop-off
After-school and extracurricular activity transportation
Special needs and assisted transportation
Private family transportation services
All services are subject to availability and compliance with our policies.
3. Eligibility & Registration
Parents or legal guardians must register their children for transportation services.
Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration.
MW Salvus Transport reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies.
4. Payment & Fees
Service fees are determined based on the selected transportation plan.
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of service cancellation by MW Salvus Transport.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be provided for missed rides due to parental scheduling conflicts or child absence.
MW Salvus Transport reserves the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Safety & Conduct
All children must follow driver instructions and safety protocols.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.
Parents/guardians must be available for prompt communication in case of emergencies.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
MW Salvus Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we prioritize safety, MW Salvus Transport is not liable for any incidents beyond our reasonable control.
Parents/guardians assume responsibility for their child’s compliance with transportation policies.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration is kept confidential and used solely for transportation services.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for safety and monitoring purposes.
9. Amendments to Terms
MW Salvus Transport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
