Tiffany Shirley – Team Director & ESPA Studio Director
A proud Mt. Washington native and graduate of Bullitt East high school, Tiffany Shirley is the founder and director of Emergence Studio of Performing Arts, established in early 2024. Driven by a deep passion for youth development through the arts, Tiffany recognized a gap in accessible dance opportunities for local children and was inspired to create a space where young performers could thrive. Her vision led to the formation of a dedicated community dance team, offering students both high-quality training and a supportive environment. Tiffany is deeply committed to the success and well-being of every dancer, consistently going above and beyond to ensure they feel empowered both in and out of the studio.
