Membership Procedure
For Students:
All students of Malda Women's College will become a member of the library after getting library cards from the library. They have to produce their Identity card" (Fees Receipt) for new library cards. The cards will be valid for one year/ two semesters. Students have to take clearance from the library at the end of the session by returned their books, failing which they will not get their admit card for the UGB examination. In the next year after taking the provisional admission, the students are to renew their library cards for another year by submitting their Admission Slip.
For Faculties and staff holding a substantive post:
All the persons of the said category do not need to follow any separate procedure to make their library cards. As soon as they join the college automatically they will become a member of the library.
For Guest Faculties(SACT) and staff holding a contractual post:
All the persons of the abovesaid categories are to submit an application recommended by the Principal of the college.
