Training Sessions with Kristy Schweer

Kristy Schweer is returning to the LBC after school in April to provide volleyball training sessions in small groups. She is the Mom of one of our HS athletes, and a great volleyball trainer. Here is the link to sign up. 

There are sessions for MV athletes in grades 2nd through 8th grades. 

4 on 4 Spring League in North Liberty:
5th graders to Varsity players.  Coaches are welcome but are not necessary.  This is an opportunity for players to continue to get touches heading into the summer.  We will be modifying the floor for 5th-7th grades this year to create more action.  You can head to our website: ankeny.prairietrailsc.com ---> North Liberty League.  *ONLY ONE PERSON PER TEAM NEEDS TO REGISTER.  We also understand the kids' schedules are always in flux so getting a sub or two week to week is not a problem.
