Vascular-Microenvironment Interaction: We investigate how the heterogeneity of vessels and endothelial cells (e.g., organotypic or tumor-associated phenotypes) influences disease progression and therapeutic resistance.
Tumor Microenvironment (TME) Dynamics: Our research focuses on the intricate "Cancer-Vessel-Immune" axis. By elucidating the mechanisms behind immune evasion and cancer stemness, we aim to overcome resistance to conventional anti-cancer treatments and next-generation immunotherapies.
