By logging into the MVG Public School Admin App, you ("the User") acknowledge that you are acting as an authorized agent of the school and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Obligations

As an administrator, you are the custodian of the school’s digital records. You agree to:

• Maintain Credential Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify the IT Department or School Director if you suspect your account has been compromised.

• Professional Conduct: You will use this tool exclusively for school-sanctioned activities. You shall not engage in any activity that corrupts, deletes, or alters data without proper authorization.

2. Intellectual Property and Software Usage

The software architecture, UI design, and administrative tools are the property of the developer and the school. You are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to use this software solely for school operations. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app's source code.

3. Limitation of Liability

The school and the developer provide this software on an "as-is" basis for operational support. Neither the school nor the developer shall be held liable for administrative errors, data entry mistakes, or unforeseen technical downtime, except where such issues arise from gross negligence.

4. Termination of Access

The School Director or the Governing Body reserves the right to terminate administrative access at any time, with or without prior notice, in the interest of data security. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete any locally cached school data from your device.

5. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

You acknowledge that student data is subject to legal protection. You accept personal responsibility for any breach of privacy caused by your negligence or intentional misuse of the application.
