Both faculty & students will be prompted to enter this information- it's very important to select the correct issue category & product so you are routed to the department that can help. (The product selection drop down appears after the issue category is selected)

You will then be given the contact options (depending on if you are an educator or student).

If you select the phone option, you will be prompted for additional details. You will then be given a phone number to call (during the available hours) and a case number.
