Payments can be done in full or in a payment plan with a 5% fee added for each month. The longest payment plan can be 3 months. Upon first or full payment all the materials to complete the head will be purchased.

NO FULL REFUNDS. At the very least, a 30% down payment is required before progress begins on your suit, this down payment is non-refundable. If a refund is requested after materials have been bought then the buyer can pay for shipping to receive the materials if requested.

After furring has started refunds can no longer be requested.

In the chance that we are unable to finish your commission you will be refunded the full amount.

We also reserve the right to cancel any commission if we do not feel comfortable with the client anymore.

Suits will not be given or shipped out until they are paid in full.

Shipping is done through either USPS or FedEx. The estimated shipping cost will be added to your given price. After finishing paying for the suit, if the shipping price goes over the estimated price, we will request the additional cost to fulfill shipping. (Only applies if the price goes significantly over the estimated price)

We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping, that is out of our control. If the suit is stolen, damaged, or lost during shipping we have no control over this and will not be able to refund you or remake your suit. upon signing the tos you agree to this.

International clients at this time are not accepted, we only ship within the United States. This is set to change later in the year.

We don’t do con delivery unless it is specially offered.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me and be willing to send proof of ID if requested.

Premades however can be sold to minors with parental permission through Etsy. 

Quotes can be requested by sending a message through our Twitter, @MuttMawMakers.

Quotes are free however we request that if you decide to not go through with the commission after receiving the quote to please express this to us. Please refrain from leaving us on read with no update.

Design changes are allowed to be made before the furring of the piece has begun. For example, if you wish to change the ear pattern before we have started it, then it can be done (If the fur colors are the same as before). However, if you request a change after we finish a specific part then it will either cost an extra fee or be denied to change the finished area.

If a design change is requested with new colors that weren’t included in the original materials list and the change is approved then we will ask for an additional fee to pay for the new materials needed.

We understand that fursuits are worn costumes that can sustain damage as they are used, that is why we offer free minor repairs within the first 6 months as long as the client pays all shipping. After 6 months all repairs, if requested, will cost a fee.

Allergy Notice: We live in a house with cats and dogs, keep that in mind!

 We do not accept deadlines.

Completion times can range from a few months to a year due to current life situations and what is commissioned. We will do our best to finish your commission as soon as possible. However, our schooling and life comes first. We will, of course, keep you updated throughout the whole process and give estimated completion times.

We are allowed to use client taken photos in suits we've made for future examples along with adding them to our client gallery.

 We are allowed to deny commissions for copyrighted, stolen, or overly complicated characters if we see fit.
