Payment is required up front and taken through square using a sent link which can be paid using a card. If commissioners cannot use square we also accept paypal however an additional fee will be added onto the commission upon checkout. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the agreed time before the slot will reopen.

Payments can be done through payment plans though an additional fee will be added to the total cost. A 2 month payment plan will include a 3.5% fee for each payment while a 3 month payment plan will include a 5% fee for each payment. Once the first payment is made refunds cannot be given if artwork has been started, pins will also only be ordered from the manufacturer once the last payment is made.

There are no refunds or cancellations once art has begun or is made.

If a charge back is filed then the client will not receive their pins and will be blacklisted.

MMM Pins have the right to cancel and refund a project at any given time for any valid reason.

Characters submitted for pins must be owned by the client or have been given permission to be used by the client.

Copyrighted characters and materials are a gray area, please message me @thyforebou on telegram for further information. Pins of copyrighted materials can only be personal unless discussed otherwise.

If submitting a Nsfw pin request, you must be 18+ and be able to show id if requested. If it is found out you are a minor commissioning for a 18+ slot then you will be blacklisted and refunded.

Nsfw pin commissions can be suggestive but not hard Nsfw, for further information please message @thyforebou on telegram.

Characters cannot be heavily altered once the final artwork is completed however certain edits can be made before the manufacturing process (this can be discussed during the commissioning process.)

MMM Pins can be sold if proper credit is given in the listing of the pin.

Art made for MMM Pins cannot be profited off of in any other way than the pins commissioned however custom merchandise is allowed to be made from it as long as the merchandise that is made is not to be sold.

MMM Pins is given the right to share any extra pins (Pins that come out of my money), To Berrycat pins for her personal collection. These pins will never be sold and/or distributed and will simply be owned on a personal board. These pins are shared due to being close friends with Berrycat. We’ve always shared what we made together and plan to continue to share and support each other for as long as we can.

Molds can only be re-ordered and recolored by its original commissioner.

Pins can either be distributed or sold, this is up to the commissioner and we cannot force anyone to sell or distribute their personal pins.

No Pins will be kept to be used to make a profit unless agreed upon otherwise.

While it cannot be enforced, I ask that pins being sold are to be sold at a reasonable price.

While I strive to deliver the highest quality product to the client, it must be understood that not every pin will come out as an A grade.

HOWEVER, if any pins are delivered with heavy damage please message @thyforebou on telegram to resolve the issue.

Edits can be made to work in progress artworks 3-5 times, I ask that these edits stay minimal however if any important features or details are forgotten from the artwork then i will take full responsibility and fix the issue.

Once a pose and rough sketch is agreed upon there can be no more requests to the main sketch. If the sketch you are given isn't what you wanted then you are allowed one sketch redo.

Poses will be chosen by the commissioner unless stated otherwise. MMM Pins is also able to help with poses and can provide a list or help find specific poses based off of details given.

The art can only be made in the two styles given, please do not request for us to make a pin in another style (such as providing an example of someone else's artwork and asking for it to look like the image provided.)

Characters cannot be changed after the sketch is approved.

Pins can take 1-2 months to be completed however in special cases it can take up to 3 months from the process of being ordered to being delivered.

Artwork is typically finished within a week after the full or final payment, once the art is approved the pin design will be sent off to the manu to be made. (no edits at all allowed after this time.)

Shipping can take 3-6 days after being delivered from me to you.
