How to Join

MÜS Club Registration Steps

• 1. Complete the MÜS Club application online  

  2. Write a check payable to Southwest Ultimate Frisbee Club:

     • Fall: $100 club fee; Spring: $125 club fee (covers field rental and games).

     • Contact us about financial aid

  3. Give the check to a coach, or mail it to Jenny Bender 3622 W 52nd, Mpls, MN 55410

  4. Complete the TeamSnap Registration (see below)

  5. Register with Minnesota Ultimate, where you will pay the annual $60 membership fee and sign the mandatory waivers: Minnesota Ultimate 

  6. For Fall of 2025, you will be joining the "Minneapolis Southwest" team of the "2025 MNU U20 Fall League"

TeamSnap Registration

TeamSnap is our primary method of communication. Please make sure you are set-up correctly and that you read the notifications that you receive.

• 1. When team administrators add you to our TeamSnap account you will receive an invitation. Accept the invitation.

  2. Verify that you can login and that all of your information (phone, email, name, gender, etc) is correct.

  3. Add your parents and their email addresses and send them an invitation so they have access to everything (it's helpful if they create their own accounts).

  4. Download the free TeamSnap app to your mobile device. The mobile version has most of the features that you will need. The desktop version has some more detail available (such as setting your email/text notification preferences).

  5. Login from your computer and set your email/text notifications so that you receive schedule information, updates, and team chats. We won't overload you with information (and players are asked to use the team chat for necessary communication only).

  6. Mark your availability for all upcoming events. You can add a note if needed (i.e. will be late, need to leave early).
