Join MÜS

Players are welcome to join to play in the league or just come and play with us at practice! Everyone is welcome. Please contact us if you're interested in joining -- or just show up at practice. All you need is water, athletic wear, and cleats or shoes to run in (soccer cleats work well); our excellent volunteer coaches will teach you everything you need to know.

Ultimate is a sport involving rigorous activity and some risk. We do conditioning and preparation for the game environment. All players should be ready for the situations that arise during play.
