1. SUMMARY
The App is a single-player word puzzle game. Game progress, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App may store on your device, using local storage mechanisms (for example a local database and app preferences):
• Game progress (career level, daily completion dates, streaks, scores, hints, badges)
• Sound and music preferences
• Theme and display preferences
This information is not automatically transmitted to our servers by the App, because the App does not operate a first-party backend that receives such data. Deleting the App or clearing app data will remove this local information.
3. NETWORK ACCESS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may use network connectivity for the following purposes:
3.1 Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
The App includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK. If enabled in your build, ads may be shown. Google may collect and use device identifiers, IP address, and related technical or usage data to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. 3.2 Google Fonts (typography)
The App uses the Google Fonts package. On some devices, font files may be downloaded from Google servers when needed. That process may involve standard technical information such as IP address and requested resource. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3.3 Google Play
When you install or update the App through Google Play, Google processes information according to the Google Play terms and privacy policy.
4. CHILDREN
The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because the App does not operate a login-based cloud save for gameplay data, many requests may be limited to what Google or your device platform provides (for example ad personalization settings in your Google account or device settings).
6. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
