You are responsible for reviewing playlist names and songs before saving. MusicVibeAI is not responsible for changes made later through Apple Music or another application.
If you choose to export or share diagnostic information, you are responsible for reviewing where that information is sent.
Do not publicly share diagnostic files containing information you consider private.
Beta versions may contain errors, incomplete features, temporary diagnostics, or unexpected behavior.
You should not rely on a beta version for permanent storage of ratings, sessions, or recommendations. Active session progress may be lost if iOS terminates the application.
MusicVibeAI currently does not require a MusicVibeAI account and does not offer MusicVibeAI purchases or subscriptions.
If accounts, subscriptions, or paid features are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated.
MusicVibeAI relies on third-party services, including Apple, OpenAI, Render, and temporary cloud-storage providers.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, content changes, policies, or actions. Your use of those services may also be governed by their separate terms.
MusicVibeAI’s software, branding, design, written content, and original technology are owned by MusicVibeAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works from MusicVibeAI.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that MusicVibeAI will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
