Below you find some information on how to arrive in and move within Padova.

Travel expenses are covered for invited speakers only.

By train 

Please arrive by train if you can. Padua is well connected by rail, both to the rest of Italy (via the high-speed line) as well as to the rest of Central Europe (e.g. it lies on the Vienna-Milan nighttrain line). Also, Venice is only a 25 min train ride away!

From Padua's train station to the venues:

18 minutes walking

7 minutes by bike/scooter (Ridemovi eBikes and Dott scooter share)

10 - 15 minutes with public transport (TL, U03, U05, U06, U10, U12, U14, U16 buses - SIR1 tram)

15 minutes walking

 6 minutes by bike/scooter (Ridemovi eBikes and Dott scooter share)

5 - 10  minutes with public transport (U09, E040 buses)

By plane 

Direct shuttles from/to Venice Marco Polo Airport ,Treviso A. Canova Airport and Bologna G. Marconi BLQ Airport to/from Padua (the intercity buses station is adjacent to the train station, see below for further details).

By bus (Flixbus, Itabus, etc.)

From Padua's Flixbus and Itabus station to the venues (Via Fra' Paolo Sarpi, 42, 35138 Padova PD):

23 minutes walking

5 minutes by bike/scooter (Ridemovi eBikes and Dott scooter share)

15 - 20 minutes with public transport (U03, U13, U22 buses)

14 minutes walking

 3 minutes by bike/scooter (Ridemovi eBikes and Dott scooter share)

10 - 15  minutes with public transport (U09, U011, E040 buses)
