Price per per Space
$50 per 10ft by 10ft
$40 per 10ft by 10ft (students, staff, and MU club vendors)
No late registration fee, all registration must be in by Sept 15th
The MU Music department will only provide space for the vendor fee. Anything else ( IE. Tables, tents, etc.) will be the vendors responsibility to provide and obtain. If using a tent please bring something to keep it weighted down on the concrete parking lot.
Vendors will be able to load in at 8:30AM, (Vendor must be set up by 10 AM)

Vendor Rules
All items being sold at the festival booths must be family friendly (no tobacco, controlled substances, weapons, sexually oriented products, alcohol, etc.). If you are unable to follow the code of conduct you will be asked to leave. There are no refunds for registration fees. Liability Waiver must be filled out prior to the event to participate.
***All MU clubs selling items at booths must adhere to the university’s policy for MU students and clubs and get their items pre-approved by the advancement office prior to the event (jgyoung@manchester.edu).
