Musician Information

We are so very excited for our first ever Car Show Extravaganza! Your participation will make this event even more special and help support Music at Manchester.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns. Thank you, and we look forward to hosting you at the event!

The car show will run from 10am until 4pm on Saturday, September 20th. We will have both University and community performances during this time. We will try to meet any performance time preferences requested, but cannot guarantee being able to adhere to requested times. Additionally, to ensure a smooth schedule throughout the day, we ask all groups to have a setlist between 30 and 50 minutes.

Prior to the event we will send out warm-up times in our Cordier Auditorium and other logistical information. Additionally, our registration form allows you to submit a setup diagram, but this can be sent alongside the liability waivers by emailing music@manchester.edu

You can submit a setlist for the event through this form or email it to music@manchester.edu at a later date. We require that you submit a setlist no later than September 13th.
