By downloading, installing, or using the Musical Audio Player mobile application provided by DANNY Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
All source layouts, graphic visual assets, interfaces, features, and core source codes built within Device Music Player are the exclusive property of DANNY Technologies and protected by international intellectual property regulations.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment utility.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or maliciously extract the core codebase architecture of the application.
Musical Audio Player does not provide any pre-loaded media, stream setups, or download channels.
You maintain absolute, sole legal responsibility for the validity, licensing, and copyright compliance of any local audio files or tracks loaded onto your device storage and played through this application wrapper.
The application is provided entirely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" performance basis without structural warranties of any kind. JVN Technologies shall not be held liable for any native system data drop, platform crashes, hardware device performance issues, or temporary service pauses resulting from internal device memory adjustments or OS scoping restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the application workspace, feature layers, or user access privileges at any given point without prior notice or immediate liability flags.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software distribution frameworks and the legal regulations governing the developer's operating jurisdiction.
