Welcome to Musical Audio Player, a mobile application developed by Danny Technologies. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles user information.
Device Music Player is designed as a local media player utilities platform.
Personal Data: The application does not collect, harvest, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), tracking data, or user analytics.
Local Media Access: To functionalize local music playback, the app requests native device storage permissions (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). This permission is used solely to query, index, and play audio files locally on your device using the on_audio_query and audioplayers architecture.
No Server Uploads: Your local files, audio metadata, playlist configurations, and track preferences remain 100% local to your physical device. None of this data is ever transmitted to external servers or third parties.
To provide media playback services, the app requests the following system-level configurations:
Storage / Audio Media Permissions: Required to discover, fetch, and populate local .mp3 or related audio tracks on your device deck.
App Lifecycle Execution: Used purely to maintain baseline framework state tracking (such as managing audio scrubbing timelines and next-track sequence queues).
The app may utilize standard open-source developer libraries to power native layout controls, but it does not embed any ad-tracking networks, analytics SDKs, or data-monetization bridges.
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our local execution states.
