Travel information 

• Airport: Most speakers from overseas will want to fly in to the Incheon International Airport (ICN) in South Korea.

• Directions to the conference hotel from Incheon Airport - To be provided (There is an airport bus which takes you right in front of the conference hotel and the conference venue, and the cost is around $15 USD. Further information about how to purchase the tickets will be provided.)

• Directions to the workshop venues and the concert hall - To be provided (All venues are within a walking distance from the hotel or a short taxi ride.)

ICN Airport to L7 Hotel 

• ICN to L7 Hotel:

• From either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 of Incheon airport, head towards the Bus station (see below for ticket and bus stop locaions). From there boad the Airport Limousine Bus, specifically bus number  6703.  Disembark at the "Seollenung" bus stop, which is situated right in front of the hotel.  For your return to Incheon airport, you can reach the same bus from the "Seollenung" bus stop. 

ICN Airport to IBIS Gangnam Hotel 

How to get to Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam from ICN Airport:

• Airport Limousine Bus (#6703): Take bus 6703 at the airport (Terminal 1 or 2) and get off at Seolleung Station. The hotel is a short walk from the station.

(From either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 of Incheon airport, head towards the Bus station (see below for ticket and bus stop locations). From there boad the Airport Limousine Bus, specifically bus number  6703.  Disembark at the "Seollenung" bus stop, which is situated right in front of the hotel.  For your return to Incheon airport, you can reach the same bus from the "Seollenung" bus stop. )

• Subway/Train: Take the AREX (Airport Railroad) to Seoul Station, then transfer to Subway Line 2 to Gangnam Station or Seolleung Station.

• Taxi/Private Transfer: Approximately 55-70 minutes, costing around ₩14,000 - ₩22,000 for parking/toll fees depending on traffic.

How to get to the Airport from Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. 

• By Limousine Bus (Most Convenient): Take the KAL Limousine Bus No. 6703 near the hotel (or nearby hotel stops) to Incheon International Airport (ICN) Terminal 1 or 2.

• By Subway: Take Line 2 from Gangnam Station or Seolleung Station, transfer to the Airport Railroad (AREX) at Seoul Station or Hongik Univ. Station, and proceed to ICN Airport.

Hotel to POSCO Tower (Conference Venue)

• By Walking (Approx. 15-20 min):

  1. Exit the hotel and turn right onto Samseong-ro.

  2. Turn left at the first major intersection (towards POSCO intersection).

  3. Walk straight along Teheran-ro for about 800m.

  4. POSCO Tower Yeoksam will be on your right.

• By Subway (Line 2):

  1. Walk to Seolleung Station (Exit 4 or 5).

  2. Take Line 2 towards Gangnam/Seoul Nat'l Univ.

  3. Get off at Yeoksam Station (1 stop).

  4. Take Exit 3 to arrive at POSCO Tower Yeoksam.
