Title: Indigenous Igbo Music Performance
Segment 1 – Traditional Igbo Folk Songs (Duet) A medley of Igbo folksongs, including Urioma, Omalugo, and Onye Bụ Nwanne m?, along with an original composition titled ÒGÀZÌ ÀMÁKÁ by Alvin. This segment will be performed as a duet by Vincent and Alvin and will last approximately 10 minutes.
Segment 2 – Contemporary Igbo Afro-Highlife (Solo) - A contemporary Afro-highlife performance featuring two original songs by Alvin: Nwoke and Nwanyi Bụ Ife. This will be a solo performance by Alvin, lasting approximately 5 minutes.
Instruments: Ùbóákā (woodblock), Ókpókóró (gong), Ìchàkà (shaker), steel-string semi-acoustic guitar (A steel-string semi-acoustic guitar, wireless lapel microphones)
