Björn W. Schuller is Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the Imperial College London, UK, where he heads GLAM - the Group on Language, Audio, and Music, Professor at UAU, Germany, and HIT, China, and founding CEO and current CSO of audEERING, Germany known for audio-based sentiment and emotion analysis. Prof. Schuller (co-)authored more than 900 publications. He is Field Chief Editor of the Frontiers in Digital Health, was Editor in Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing, and served as General Chair for ACII 2019, ACII Asia 2018, and ICMI 2014, Program Chair of Interspeech 2019, ACM ICMI 2019, 2013, ACII 2015, 2011, and IEEE SocialCom 2012, and initiated and co-organised 26 international challenges, including the annual INTERSPEECH ComParE challenge series since 2009, and the annual Audio/Visual Emotion Challenge and Workshop (AVEC) series since 2011. He is President-Emeritus of the AAAC, Fellow of the IEEE, and Senior Member of the ACM.

Lukas Stappen received his M.Sc. with distinction from King's College London, UK, in 2017 and joined Prof. Richard Dobson’s group for Machine Learning in Health Informatics at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience as a research assistant. Currently, he is a research scientist at the Chair of Embedded Intelligence for Healthcare and Wellbeing, University of Augsburg, Germany. His research interests are affective computing, multimodal sentiment analysis, linguistic and multimodal/cross-modal representation learning. Further interests are denoising in-the-wild signals and machine learning in the healthcare-related domains, such as, depression, narcissism and hate speech. He served as an organisers of the 1st Multimodal Sentiment Analysis Challenge and Workshop (MuSe 2020), program committee member at the 4th (IJCAI 2019) and 5th (ECAI 2020) International Workshop on Knowledge Discovery in Healthcare Data and received several student academic excellence scholarships as well as the best paper award of the IEEE MMSP 2020.

Eva-Maria Messner, studied Psychology at the Universities Vienna, Graz and Otago. She is an upcoming postdoctoral clinical and health psychologist (2011) as well as registered systemic psychotherapist (2018). She works at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Institute of Psychology and Education, at the University of Ulm/Germany since 2016. She wrote her PhD thesis on the psychopathology of stress and coping including 34 publications with around 350 citations. Her main research interests are mobile mental health, passive sensing as well as language and speech in psychotherapy.

Erik Cambria is the Founder of SenticNet, a Singapore-based company offering B2B sentiment analysis services, and an Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where he also holds the appointment of Provost Chair in Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to joining NTU, he worked at Microsoft Research Asia (Beijing) and HP Labs India (Bangalore) and earned his PhD through a joint programme between the University of Stirling and MIT Media Lab. His research focuses on the ensemble application of symbolic and subsymbolic AI to natural language processing tasks such as sentiment analysis, dialogue systems, and financial forecasting. Erik is recipient of many awards, e.g., the 2019 "IEEE Outstanding Early Career Award", he was listed among the 2018 "AI's 10 to Watch", and was featured in Forbes as one of the "5 People Building Our AI Future".

Guoying Zhao is an IAPR (International Association for Pattern Recognition) Fellow, and currently a (Tenured) Full Professor with the Center for Machine Vision and Signal Analysis, University of Oulu, Finland, from 2017, where she has been a senior researcher since 2005 and an Associate Professor since 2014. She published 240 peer reviewed publications and was selected for the prestigious post of Academy Professor with the Academy of Finland 2021-2026. She is co-program chair for ACM International Conference on Multimodal Interaction (ICMI 2021), was co-publicity chair for FG2018, General chair of 3rd International Conference on Biometric Engineering and Applications (ICBEA 2019), and Late Breaking Results Co-Chairs of ICMI 2019, has served as area chairs for several conferences and is associate editor for Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, and Image and Vision Computing Journals. She has lectured tutorials at ICPR 2006, ICCV 2009, SCIA 2013 and FG 2018, authored/edited three books and eight special issues in journals. Dr. Zhao was a Co-Chair of many International Workshops at ICCV, CVPR, ECCV, ACCV and BMVC. Her students and researchers are frequent recipients of very prestigious and competitive fellowships, such as the Nokia Scholarship, Infotech position, Tauno Tönning Research funding and Jorma Ollila grant. Her research has been reported by Finnish TV programs, newspapers and MIT Technology Review.
