Registration

REQUIREMENTS

• Age 17 or older

• High School Diploma

• Valid Driver’s license or Government-issued state ID or passport

• Social Security card (if issued one, if not we use ITIN ID number)

1. Complete an Application for Admission:

• Fill out the application for admission in person.

2. Pay the Application Fee:

• A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 is required. 

The application fee is separate from tuition costs and must be paid prior to admission.

3. Provide Proof of Identity:

• Acceptable forms of photo identification include:

  • Government-issued driver’s license

  • Government-issued non-driver ID card

  • Government-issued passport

• All photo IDs must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an original document (photocopies will not be accepted)

  • Be current and valid (expired documents are not acceptable)
