As a passionate teacher, I always looking forward to learning "TEACHING". This has led me to attend multiple workshops on 'Medical Education'. These workshops have not only changed my philosophy but also further boosted my interest in the science of medical education. I have also attended workshops on curriculum development which have helped me in contributing to the development of the 'Table of specifications' and 'curriculum' for both under- and postgraduates. Contemporary medical education recommends the curriculum be learner-centered based on an outcome approach rather than the banking of knowledge (Ahn and Yang 2013). I have been honored to be appointed three times (2011, 2013, and 2018) by the University of Karachi as convenor for the final year BDS examination for Prosthodontics (Evidence 1).
I also have the credit of establishing a post-graduate training center in Prosthodontics at Aga Khan University Hospital (Evidence 2). I strongly believe teaching and learning go side by side, therefore I promote "Learning together", which means I and my learner both learn and teach each other. I have been actively associated with the University of Karachi, and Jinnah Sindh University for the undergraduate Prosthodontic curriculum review. I was a committee member in developing integration for the dental curriculum. The committee eventually concluded the impossibility of exercising due to the complex subjects of Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS). Had the opportunity to develop the first table of specifications of Prosthodontics for the University of Karachi. I have also contributed significantly to the development of the postgraduate curriculum for Ziauddin University and the Table of Specifications (ToS) for FCPS and MCPS prosthodontics.
I have been invited by the Sindh Board of Technical Education to the evaluation of the curriculum for the diploma in Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA). The committee didn't find the proposed curriculum, appropriate. Therefore, I along with my team developed the curriculum for DSA. The aim of this diploma is to develop human resources who can work abroad and contribute to foreign exchange for the country.
I have conducted mutliple workshop and lectures (Evidence 3).

It is an honour to be associated with very professional and competitive organization like Aga Khan University Hospital as full-time faculty. I have the prestige to initiate residency in Prosthodontics in AKU and being the inaugural Program Director. This turned to be the third residency program in the dental section.
