I, Md Mursalin Islam, am a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Augsburg, Germany in the group of Prof. Francesco Piazza. Before this I worked as a guest scientist (post-doctoral researcher) at the  Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems, Dresden, Germany. I did my Ph.D. (thesis) with Prof. Rajdeep Sensarma at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India. I work in the area of Theoretical Quantum Optics and Condensed Matter Physics. My main research interest is the non-equilibrium dynamics of quantum many-body systems. You can read more about me here  and my research activities here.
