MultiService Centre (MSC) is an independent, online-based community support initiative serving Oshawa and the Durham Region in Ontario, Canada.
Our goal is to help people navigate available community services, discover relevant resources, and better understand where to turn when they need support.
Our mission is to make finding community support easier by helping people access information about available services and resources.

MSC operates online. We aim to connect people with relevant information and existing community resources based on their needs.
MSC is independent and is not a government agency or a branch of Ontario Works or another government help centre. We do not guarantee financial assistance, housing, or access to third-party programs.
We aim to communicate clearly, treat people respectfully, and provide useful information to help them explore their support options.
