I have received instructions from the technical unit to help ensure that the performance area for the singers is well controlled. I also have a walkie-talkie to report any incidents that occur during the performance.

My fellow interns and I ensured that the events of the day ran smoothly. There were no issues during the singer's performance, and all instructions were well received by the attendees.

My fellow interns and I have been assigned to participate in the 'Tunggu Sekejap' Turn Up & Sing event, which will be held at Rumah Tangsi on April 20, 2024.

I was assigned to assist the technical unit in setting up equipment such as speakers, PA systems, microphones, and other technical items for the event. After completing the setup, my internship partner Liyana Asyiqin and I took over to manage the technical aspects according to the event coordinator's instructions. We successfully completed our tasks, and there were no issues throughout the event.

I also need to work with the crew at the "OM Together Better Together" event, which takes place on April 27 & 28, 2024, at Rumah Tangsi.
I was assigned to ensure that all equipment sent to Rumah Tangsi arrived safely, as the organizer had used Lalamove for the rental. Additionally, I was responsible for assisting the technical unit with the setup of technical items such as speakers, mixers, mics, and other equipment. Throughout the event, I managed technical aspects, including adjusting mic volume, and ensured everything remained in good condition.
The Tangsestra X Orchestra Kuala Lumpur and Tangsestra Market event is a key part of my practical training at Rumah Tangsi. This event is held one day on 11 May 2024 from 10 am to 10 pm. I am thrilled to be involved as a crew member and to showcase my abilities at this event.
PRE - PRODUCTION
A fellow intern and I were assigned to handle the Tangsestra Market event under Tangsestra as part of our evaluation. We are responsible for managing the event from start to finish. My first task was to create a Sales Kit, which is essential for approaching vendors who will participate on the event day. The Sales Kit contains all the necessary details for vendors and took several weeks to finalize.
After finalizing the Sales Kit, I began approaching vendors for food and beverages. I researched suitable locations for vendor outreach and visited the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium to connect with potential vendors. I interacted with and contacted vendors interested in participating in the Tangsestra Market event.
I also reached out to those specializing in accessories, clothing, and music-related items, as these are closely aligned with the Tangsestra and Tangsestra Market events. To expand our vendor network, I made physical visits to places like Plaza Sungei Wang in Kuala Lumpur, where I interacted with and contacted vendors interested in participating in the event.
I assisted the graphic unit in preparing crew tags for everyone involved in the Tangsestra X Orchestra Kuala Lumpur event. I cut the printed crew tags and inserted them into the prepared tag holders.
I was assigned, along with Liyana Asyiqin, to attend the sound check for the Tangsestra X Orchestra Kuala Lumpur event. During the sound check, Liyana and I were responsible for preparing food for everyone involved. Additionally, we needed to take photos and videos throughout the event, as the organizers required these for social media postings.
PRODUCTION DAY
Before the event began, I was tasked with placing signage around the designated area at the Botanic Garden Anniversary Stage at 9 AM.
During the Tangsestra X Orchestra event, I was responsible for collecting the food ordered by the Event Manager, which was delivered to the venue by Lalamove. Once the food arrived, I prepared it in the designated VVIP Room.
Additionally, during the event, I was assigned to usher and attend to the VVIPs who attended the Tangsestra event. My role was to ensure their needs were met, such as providing drinking water and ensuring their comfort, including managing the temperature in the venue. I attended to their needs from their arrival until their departure.
Liyana Asyiqin and I were asked by Mr. Ridha to assist him at the Fiabce Visit event, which will be held at the DBKL building next to Rumah Tangsi. The Fiabce Visit event aims to bring together people from various countries to promote Rumah Tangsi. My responsibilities include helping the organizers set up the hall and distribute handouts to the visitors. Additionally, I will be taking photos from various angles throughout the event.
I have been actively involved in creating content for an upcoming event scheduled to take place in June 2024 at Stadium Merdeka. On the designated date provided by Rumah Tangsi, I reported to the venue to commence the content creation process. Together with my team, we meticulously set up the equipment and arranged the space according to the specific requirements outlined by the event organizers.
