LOGBOOK

At the beginning of my practical training at Rumah Tangsi, a staff member warmly welcomed me and my fellow interns, giving us a tour of the facilities and the outdoor area before showing us our ground-floor office space. We then met the upper-floor staff and introduced ourselves, discussing our tasks and plans for the internship. We learned about two major projects: a collaboration concert in May between a band and the Kuala Lumpur Orchestra called Tangsestra, and our task to organize a smaller event under it named the Tangsestra Market. Additionally, we were informed of our role in the pre-production work for an event at Stadium Merdeka, which involves historical research. As Rumah Tangsi is an event space, we will also attend various events, either as part of the crew or to ensure smooth operations, staying prepared for last-minute announcements and ready to assist as needed.
