I am a project management and MEAL professional with experience at MOMODa FOUNDATION and in academic and research settings. My portfolio spans public health, environment, livelihoods, enterprise development, education, and engineering. I coordinate research activities from planning and field implementation through data quality, documentation, and reporting.

MOMODa FOUNDATION

I joined MOMODa in June 2022 and have progressed from Research Assistant to Senior Research Assistant and Assistant Manager (Research). Across assigned projects, I coordinate research and field activities, survey operations, quality assurance, teams, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods Program Evaluation

This mixed-methods evaluation examines demand generation and training effectiveness in the Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods (RGIL) program. It assesses field adherence, implementation fidelity, and customer experience. The study covers 600 participants across 28 districts and uses surveys, interviews, and direct observation.

My role  Project coordination and research operations within MOMODa’s evaluation team.

Heat Stress Research Support Services – Bangladesh

This research support project focuses on heat stress in Chattogram. Its quantitative and qualitative work includes 28 key-informant interviews and the transcription and translation of interview material. The project also digitizes five years of clinic records and supports related data management.

Industrial Relocation, Pollution, Health, and Socioeconomic Outcomes

This mixed-methods study investigates socioeconomic and health impacts associated with pollution and industrial relocation. It covers a sample of 800 in Hazaribagh and Harindala. SurveyCTO was used to implement the study’s data collection.

ICT Enterprise Accelerator Evaluation

Oct 2022–Nov 2024  |  International Growth Centre and Startup Dhaka  |  Completed

This randomized controlled trial examined whether a light-touch accelerator program could improve business performance among ICT enterprises in Bangladesh. The evaluation covered 230 firms. MOMODa’s work included baseline and end-line survey operations.

Farmers’ Preferences for Low-Emission Crop Farming

MOMODa project archive

This project explores farmers’ preferences regarding crop farming with low-emission cultivation practices in Bangladesh. Its focus is on agricultural choices and lower-emission approaches. MOMODa’s public project archive lists me as a member of the research team.

Agnimangal Project

Agnimangal was a research project implemented by Tehai with funding from Goethe-Institut. The work involved project data collection, experiment design, and report writing. It brought together field evidence and research documentation.

My role  Research Assistant; supported data collection, experiment design, and report writing.
