Md Hafiz Sikder is a distinguished graduate of the Green University of Bangladesh, where he excelled academically, ranking among the top students in his class. Following his graduation in 2022, he joined the MOMODa FOUNDATION as an Assistant Manager (Research). Currently, he is contributing to the role of Assistant Manager (Research).
Mr. Sikder was among the pioneering Research Assistants and Interns at the Center of Excellence for Teaching and Learning (CETL). Under the mentorship of esteemed researcher Prof. Dr. ASM Shihavuddin, Chairman of the Department of EEE at GUB, and Arifa Rahman, a Ph.D. candidate at Charles Sturt University, he gained foundational expertise in academic research. He also stood out as a top performer in the Green University Initiatives for Future Transformers (GIFT), a year-long soft skill development program by CETL.
Throughout his academic journey, Mr. Sikder received numerous accolades for his scholarly and extracurricular achievements. He was honored with the "Mete Uthi Medha Ullashe Award 2014" by the Green University of Bangladesh. His undergraduate years were marked by several prestigious awards, including the British Council Book Reading Competition (Top Scorer), Allrounder Award (Department of EEE), Ashar Alo Scholarship, The Brightest Minds Scholarship, VC Awards, and Dean Awards.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Sikder served as the Cultural Secretary of the EEE Club and the Dance Secretary of the Cultural Club for three consecutive years. He also held the position of 1st Vice President of the Leo Club of Dhaka One Engineers District 315A1. He completed a 1-year-long course on teaching and learning by The CETL, titled Developing Future Teachers.
Looking ahead, Mr. Sikder aspires to contribute to the fields of Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, Robotics research, and education.
