These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any mobile applications, tools, and services published by MF Apps (collectively, the "Apps" or "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Apps.
Eligibility
The Apps are intended only for users who meet the minimum age requirement shown in the relevant App Store listing for their region. By using the Apps, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptance of Terms
By using any App published by MF Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced within a specific App.
Definitions
"User", "You", "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Apps. "Company", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to MF Apps. "Services" refers to all features, functionality, and content provided through the Apps. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders.
License and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content, features, and functionality available in the Apps, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by MF Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not republish material from the Apps; sell, rent, or sub-license any part of the Apps; reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Apps; or redistribute content from the Apps without prior written permission. These Terms are effective from the date you first use any of the Apps.
Processing of User Content
Some Apps may allow or require you to submit content such as files, documents, images, text, or other materials ("User Content") in order to provide functionality. User Content is processed only to perform the requested operation or service; processing may occur locally on your device or through secure third-party services; personal identifiers are not intentionally used unless required for a specific feature; and certain processing may involve automated or AI-based systems where applicable.
User Content Responsibilities
Where an App allows posting, sharing, or submitting User Content, you remain solely responsible for that content. We do not pre-screen User Content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for User Content or any loss or damage resulting from it. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit the content; the content does not infringe third-party rights; the content is not unlawful, harmful, or misleading; and the content is not used for unauthorized commercial purposes. You grant MF Apps a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, modify, and display User Content solely for operating and improving the Apps.
Third-Party Services
Certain features may rely on third-party services or technologies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Hyperlinking to the Apps
Search engines, news organizations, and online directories may link to our Apps without prior written approval, provided the link is not misleading, does not imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of the linking site.
iFrames
You may not create frames or embedded displays around our Apps or webpages that alter their appearance without prior written approval.
Content Liability
We are not responsible for content appearing on third-party websites or platforms that link to our Apps. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from content on your website or platform.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Apps, request removal of links, and modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
