By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

This Policy applies to all mobile applications, tools, utilities, and services published by MF Apps, including but not limited to productivity apps, image or file converters, PDF tools, editors, and AI-powered features. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that we do not own or control.

"User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual or entity using our Apps. "Company", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to MF Apps. "Personal Information" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. If you use the Apps on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We are committed to collecting only the minimum amount of data necessary to operate and improve our Apps. This may include basic technical information (such as device type, operating system, or app version); anonymous usage data for performance, analytics, and crash reporting; and content you intentionally provide or upload to use app features (such as images, documents, files, or text). We do not collect personal information unless it is required to provide a specific feature or service.
Content You Provide
Some Apps offer features that involve content you choose to provide, such as photos, images, documents, or files. Only the content you choose to provide and the information needed to perform the requested action are collected. You select or upload the content from your device, and we do not store this content on our servers beyond what is needed to complete your request. Where a feature relies on third-party processing services, your content may be sent securely (over HTTPS) only to complete your request, and those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not retain your content after the requested operation is complete, and you can avoid using a feature if you do not want your content sent for processing.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are intended for users who meet the minimum age rating displayed in the relevant App Store for their region. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided Personal Information through our Apps, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
How We Use Information
Information collected may be used to provide and operate app features; process user-requested actions (such as file conversion or editing); improve performance, stability, and user experience; prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes unless explicitly stated within a specific App.

Some Apps may process files or content that you intentionally upload (such as images, PDFs, or other documents) in order to provide functionality. Content is processed only for the requested purpose; files are not accessed beyond what is required to perform the operation; we do not review or use user content for profiling or marketing; and processing may occur locally on your device or through secure servers where applicable.

These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to perform their services.
