To assist with your planning, please be advised that a limited number of rooms are available at the university Guest House/ Hostel, which offers a convenient and cost-effective accommodation option right on campus. Due to high demand, we strongly encourage you to inquire about and secure your accommodation in the University's Guest House/ Hostel well in advance by contacting the Guest House. Our dedicated Accommodation Team will also assist you to avail this facility
For those who prefer alternative lodging, a variety of hotels are also available in proximity to the university. We recommend coordinating your accommodations promptly to ensure a comfortable and seamless visit. An accommodation request has to be made at the time of registration.

Important Instructions:
Accommodation to a limited number of registered participants can be provided in the Guest House/ Research Scholars Hostel/ Boys Hostel/ Girls Hostel of Shivaji University, Kolhapur, as per rules.
Accommodation in the Guest House/ Hostel can be arranged by our Accommodation Team on prior intimation and ‘first-come, first-served’ basis on 15th January 2026.
Accommodation for the delegates will be provided from the morning of 16th January 2026 to the forenoon of 17th January 2026. In case they want to stay beyond this period, they have to make their own arrangements.
