Vendor Market

Interested in being a vendor at Mountain View's Winter Fair? This popular one-day event will attract students, families, and community residents. You will be prominently displayed along the hallways leading to all special event areas for maximum visibility. This is a great opportunity for family and friends to make a big dent in their holiday shopping!

Vendor Fee: $40.00 if we supply a table or $35.00 if you bring your own table.


Set up time will be Thursday December 1st at 3:30 pm. Volunteers will be on-site to assist with load in. We ask that vendors do not start tearing down until the end of the Winter Fair at 7:30 pm.

Vendors are responsible for chairs, extension cords, and all other display materials. All sales and taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Would you like to donate to our Silent Auction? This is a great opportunity to showcase your company or business. We encourage business cards and promotional material with your donation to be displayed at the fair. Your company name will be displayed at the event, on our website, and on our social media.

Payment by cash/cheque and vendor registration can be dropped off at Mountain View Elementary School, 300 Spruce Street, Collingwood, Ontario, L9Y 3H1 (Cheques made payable to Mountain View Elementary School). Registration and Payment can also be made through the SchoolCashOnline portal.
