What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is the use of social media platforms by an individual or a group to expose one's privacy to the public eye of social media in aims to harass or sometimes exclude them from group s or activities. however, the word "Cyberbullying" is an umbrella for internet harassment and electronical bullying It has been to researchers' attention that cyberbullying is highly targeting students rating from 60%-65%.

Victims of cyberbullying experience effects such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and low self-esteem. Moreover, . Additionally, students affected by this phenomenon tend to have degenerated and poor academic performance or even lose interest in school leading to dropouts due to the effects of being cyberbullying victims.

What should be done to stop cyberbullying for securing students' learning through Digital Citizenship?
One would agree that being knowledgeable about the types of cyberbullying which are social exclusion, hate speech, and sexting is a step to being able to stop cyberbullying, but only if you know which measures to take. Even though this might sound uncomfortable for m,ost teenagers, having parental supervision on yourdigital platforms is one of the safety measures. Your digital ionteractions also gets you exposed to the same kinds of interactions for instance, if you enjoy being part of none developmental activuities on your platform they get back to you. Therefore, this means if you often use your digital platforms for viewing content of embarassing or harassing other users, you are also at risk of being the next victim.
Parents should also take accountability of protecting their children's digital lives of which they need in order to survive the 4IR world. Therefore, as a parent you should follow your child on all of their digital platforms. Moreover, a parent should have access to their children's digiotal accounts, thus enabling them to know the wherabout their children have on their digital platforms.
if cyberbullying has taken place, cousious decisions must be taken for one cannot know how deep is the effect of cyberbullying, the conscious decisions also imply to the victim.
