To register online:

1. Fill out the Google Form linked below

2. Send a $200.00 deposit payable to MTMD Driving School LLC to:

*Your student is not officially registered until the deposit is received.

** In-person sessions (March, June, and July) total cost $400. 

***Online sessions (May and August) total cost $410

****Deposits are only refundable if notification is given at least ten days before beginning the session.  If a student pays the deposit, decides not to enroll in the course, and notification is not given within the allotted time period, a $200 credit will be honored and guarantee the student’s enrollment in a future session.
