Students must possess a valid Iowa learners permit or show proof of passing the learner's permit test by the first day of class.

30 hours of classroom instruction 

6 hours of behind the wheel driving 

Complete the Google Form and mail deposit check to MTMD Driving School LLC   OR 

Print and complete the Registration Form then mail registration form and deposit to MTMD Driving School LLC
