Deliver to the Board of Directors with reasonable but deliberate pace a comprehensive renovation plan for the Marina City Towers’ residential apartment corridors & elevator hallways. Upgrades for the plaza-level interiors, roof-level interiors, and marina-level interiors will also be studied.

Survey community at "major" stages
Proactively engage stakeholders
Recruit diverse committee personnel
Select vendors with requisite experience, per committee
Deliver renovation plan to the Board asap within budget
Observe common standards of civility
Produce renovation plan respecting all vested parties
Structure
Name is “Hallway Renovation Committee” (abbr. HRC)
HRC consists of 7 actively serving members & 3 alternates
Committee Chair presides over meetings
Vice Chair & Secretary may be chosen by the Chair
The Board has full authority over the HRC
Procedures
Meet at least every 3 months
Post meeting minutes on FSR Connect asap
Provide regular updates to the Board
Publish regular newsletter updates
Voting is by quorum to be 4 of 7 committee members
Committee Chair determines vote-eligible items
Generally follow Robert’s Rules of Order
Use of association funds requires Board approval
Expenditure receipts recorded by management asap
Roles
Committee Chair sets agenda and liaise with the Board
Vice Chair executes Committee Chair role as needed
Secretary assists Committee Chair & Vice Chair as needed
Management supports & advises committee as needed
