The whole pack comes together at once a month pack meetings, at pack events, and outings.
The Cubmaster is the primary adult leading Pack activities.
The Asst. Cubmaster leads alongside the Cubmaster.
Scouts are organized into grade level units, called dens. Each den has a trained adult leader guiding the scouts through their rank's adventures (achievements) and events. Dens meet about once a week, at the discretion of the den leader. Each den moves up to the next rank in the summer/fall.
For the newly added Lions rank, leadership is shared by all adults, typically led by one adult per meeting. An experienced scout leader from the pack will assist parents on this fun journey with your young scout!
The Pack Committee are our scout parents working in the background to support pack functions. We meet once a month to plan pack events and outings, and manage the functioning of the pack.
Our committee chair manages all scout and adult paperwork, rechartering, facility use requests, and coordinating adult leaders.
Our treasurer handles all pack fees, payments, and reimbursements.
Our secretary takes minutes of all pack committee meetings and helps to keep everyone on the same page.
Our new member chair works to make our pack visible to new families and is the point-person for new scouts until connected with a den.
Our awards chair is the recordkeeper for all scout awards and procures the earned awards, badges, and patches for each scout.
The Blue & Gold chairs plan and coordinate our annual, formal Blue & Gold dinner, our pack dinner and advancement for our Webelo 2 dens with the Arrow of Light award.
Our Popcorn Colonel coordinates our fall fundraiser, the primary fundraiser to support pack functions each year.
Our Pinewood Derby chair coordinates our annual Pinewood Derby, a scout-built wooden car race that is not to be missed!
We have many areas we could use support. Is there an area you have talent or interest in? Speak to any of us and we'll get you connected!
